The two apartments are named after the famous characters, mythical and otherwise, who crossed the mythical sea of Elea: Domus Palinuri and Domus Aeneae.

The Domus Ulixis located on the external side of the Villa has a beautiful terrace of about 70 meters, with a wide sea view. The modernly furnished, bright apartment with balconies and windows overlooking the terrace is equipped with all comforts and a washing machine.

The Domus Parmenidis, also located in the side part of the Villa, of the same size as all the apartments, about 37 square meters, has a larger terrace than the central ones, with a beautiful view of the sea, the Eleatic Gulf and ‘otherwise the same for the whole Villa Laura Pioppi). It is equipped with all comforts and a washing machine.
